Embedded Software Engineer
You should have interest in developing new systems for FSO communications.
Essential Technical Skills
• Knowledge of multi-threaded, real-time / embedded development, on Linux
• Object-oriented design skills and knowledge of C++ and Python
• Use of standard Unix developer tools and source code version control (preferably Git)
• Familiar with different communication protocols
• Familiar with image and data processing and PID or similar controls
Your responsibilities
• Development of a multi-threaded object-oriented optomechanical control system and API
• Implementation of this interface in C++ on an embedded processor, including the
communication and data transfer
• Close collaboration with control system engineers and applications specialists
• Testing and integration of your code in a new real-time communication product

• Strong English verbal and communication skills.

• Interested in learning to present yourself and necessary technical details to our customers.
• Able to work closely with a wider engineering team within the company and at our partners.
