Control System Engineer
You should have interest in developing new systems for FSO communications.
Essential Technical Skills
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering or applied physics with specialization in control
systems preferred.
• Experience in linear systems, feedback control, discrete-time control, signal processing, filtering and
estimation, system identification.
• Able to model and analyze MIMO systems in s- and z-domain
• Programming: Python, basic working knowledge of C++, FPGA (verilog and/or VHDL)
Your responsibilities
• Designing, improving, testing and integrating of the controls of the Free Space Optics system
• Close cooperation with the embedded Software engineering team
• Testing and integration of the control algorithm in a new real-time communication product
Personal Skills
• Strong English verbal and communication skills.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, doing environment.
• Willing to present yourself and necessary technical details to our customers.
• Able to work closely with a wider engineering team within the company and at our partners.
• Prepared to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team while able to work autonomously.
