If you want to learn the art of recruitment by having a direct experience and creating direct impact with your skills. Then we are looking for you.
As our Recruitment intern, you
- Assist the talent team in the scouting process
- Support the team initiatives to attract the best talent.
- Together with the talent team assess the recruitment strategy to look for improvement points in the different steps of the recruitment process.
- Think along with the team in new tools that can be useful at the moment of reach out the right talents.
You are..
- In the final year of your Bachelor’s program.
- Passionate about recruitment and the process from A to Z.
- A great communicator who enjoys to be part of a vibrant, international and dynamic team.
- Independent and eager to learn.
These are some potential assignments that you might work on during your internship:
- How to make the recruitment process more efficient and target oriented?
- Which recruitment tools could we use to scout more relevant talent (High profile entrepreneurs)?
- Review our recruitment strategy and evaluate together with the talent team what can be done differently to improve the results?
However if you have an assignment in mind we are always open to listening to your proposal
