- 13:30-14:30: Workshop Session – Choose between “Applying Design Principles to Everyday Life” by Serena Caracchi and Moyra McManus from ASML, “Amplify Yourself and Others” with Selma Oskam from TwoSpring Consultancy and Esther Peeks from HighTechXL, or “Storytelling 101: good stories compel people to change” by Robin van Scheijndel from HighTechXL.
- 14:30-14:45: Break – Time to recharge and network.
- 14:45-15:45: Workshop Session 2 – Dive into “The Body Language of Success” with Frank Smallegange, focusing on enhancing your non-verbal communication skills.

- 16:00-16:45: Panel & Q&A – Engage with our panel of experts: Anitha, co-founder of Senergetics; Karim El Oteify, DE&I Oracle; and Toam Jaber, Investment Manager at DeepTechXL, moderated by Esther Peeks.
