11:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Info Session

The Information Session, scheduled from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, is an essential segment for anyone interested in the inner workings of HighTechXL. This session is an interactive experience allowing attendees to delve into the specifics of HighTechXL’s programs and ecosystem. The Q&A segment with founders and the DeepTechXL team presents a rare opportunity for attendees to ask questions and get insights from those who have navigated the path of the venture journey and entrepreneurship.

1:00 PM to 1:30 PM: A moment to recharge and connect

The event pauses for a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. This interlude is not just about refueling but also about forging connections. It’s a time for attendees to network, exchange ideas, and prepare for the afternoon’s creative journey.

1:30 PM to 4:30 PM: Ideation with a FasTrackathon session

From 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, the FasTrackathon takes center stage. This session is all about ideation and exploration. Participants will be engaged in generating new ideas and exploring the potential of upcoming technologies. It’s a hands-on experience that challenges conventional thinking and encourages the exploration of new possibilities. Below the proposed technologies: 

Femto-ampere meter
Cheap and robust methodology for measuring extreme low currents, allowing, among others, detection of bio-components or electrical currents at very low levels.

Photonic Fiber Sensing
A razor thin fiber, supported by an interrogator unit to detect temperature, strain, and pressure with extremely high accuracy and virtually limitless applications.

Agrifood Challenge
Integrated photonic chips offer a broad range of new sensing possibilities. At the same time there are challenges in the agriculture and food processing industry which requires more and real time control. Let s connect these two worlds and fine some valuable applications on how integrated photonics can impact the way we get our food!
