As our Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our business processes and strategies during a period of exciting growth and expansion. In this pivotal position, you will ensure the seamless operation of our business, overseeing areas including sales, e-commerce, administration, customer service, HR, and finance. You’ll be the architect of efficient structures, ensuring our internal processes are primed for scaling, particularly as we launch our app in the U.S. market. Working closely with the CEO, colleagues, and strategic partners, you will be key in coordinating and executing initiatives that drive our growth.

Your role will demand a balance of structured, detail-oriented work and the agility to accelerate projects. A strong sense of ownership, the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback, and a decisive nature are essential.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the executing (wo)man next to our CEO
- Process Optimization: Refining existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the procurement of materials or services needed for the startup’s operations.
- Project Management: Coordinating and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This may involve working with cross-functional teams, setting project goals, and monitoring progress.
- Finance: Monitoring expenses, executing admin.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that services meet the standards.
- E-commerce: Build and coordinate handling and customer service.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Creating reports and presenting findings to leadership to inform decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the startup complies with relevant regulations and industrystandards.
- Scaling Operations: Collaborating with leadership to plan and execute the scaling of operations as the startup grows.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Proven track record in sport tech or digital health app market or convince us if not.
- Someone with executing power (getting things done mentality).
- Tech savvy: active user of tech solutions to improve quality of life.
- Planning hero aka control freak.
- Experience with software management tool (eg Slack, Asana).
- Flexibility to set up calls with US (sometimes also in the evenings).
- Fluent in (business) english (written and spoken).
- Most important: you need to be fun to work with because we are too :).
